Network Control Technician

Responsibilities

• Review all operations service trouble ticket data daily to ensure accuracy for reporting
• Perform daily database pushes for maintenance requests and PTR reports
• Review trouble tickets for weekly and monthly Over Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required
• Analyze data reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues
• Coordinate continuous improvement initiative ideas between personnel and management
• Participate in special projects and other assigned operational tasks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant experience
• Or, 2 years of post-secondary education (Associate's Degree) with 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA Public Trust clearance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with metrics principles and processes
• 1+ years of experience in professional report production
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, graphs, and charts
• Experience using SQL databases
• Strong analytical skills for statistical and business performance analysis
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet strict deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for data presentation
