Network Control Technician C

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and manage an incident management queue for a mission-critical program
• Support a geographically dispersed network and team located throughout North America
• Clearly and effectively share information using oral and written communication skills
• Log detailed notes regarding communications between responsible parties regarding requests
• Prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance in a fast-paced environment
• Follow standard procedures and maintain strong attention to detail regarding policies
• Help train new team members as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience, or 2 years of post-secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
• Active Public Trust clearance
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including potential 2nd shift, on-call nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of customer service experience
• Experience with Office Applications (Outlook, Excel)
• Experience with Remedy Incident Management System or equivalent
• Technical and/or networking background
