About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare work projects including measurements, sketches, and cost estimates
- Define necessary equipment and manage supplies
- Establish quotes and monitor invoicing
- Supervise site execution through to completion
- Organize and optimize team activity and workload
- Welcome, train, and evaluate team members and subcontractors
- Produce reporting data and ensure activity traceability
- Maintain financial and technical oversight of contracts
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Requirements
- BAC +2 to BAC +3 degree in Water Trades or Public Works
- Significant experience in drinking water networks and construction works
- Proficiency in IT tools such as Google Drive and Sheets
- Knowledge of water and sanitation regulations
- Valid driver's license (Permis B)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
