Network Architect & Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Operate large-scale AI inferencing data center network environments across multiple sites
• Lead and manage a tiered NOC team (L1, L2, L3) to drive operational discipline and uptime
• Own uptime and SLA commitments for GPU inferencing data centres
• Design and maintain scalable network topologies supporting high-throughput GPU cluster traffic and API traffic
• Lead technical design decisions for leaf-spine data center architectures using Arista platforms
• Configure and troubleshoot advanced routing protocols including BGP, EVPN, and VXLAN
• Manage and optimize Cisco firewall platforms (Firepower/FTD)
• Support GPU cluster networking including high-bandwidth, low-latency east-west traffic using RoCE or similar fabrics
• Drive operational excellence through runbook standardization and incident management
• Improve network efficiency through automation and tooling
• Lead network capacity planning and infrastructure scaling initiatives

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in network architecture or operations in large-scale enterprise, cloud, or AI/HPC environments
• Strong expertise in BGP, OSPF, EVPN, and VXLAN
• Hands-on experience with Arista EOS and Arista switching platforms
• Proven experience managing NOC teams (L1/L2/L3) and SLA ownership
• Familiarity with high-performance compute (HPC) or GPU cluster networking
• Practical experience with network automation

Preferred Qualifications

• CCIE or Arista ACE certification
• Experience with GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) or hyperscale compute environments
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Firepower / FTD firewall platforms
• Experience with Dell PowerEdge or similar GPU server environments
• Familiarity with RDMA over Converged Ethernet (RoCE) or InfiniBand
• Proficiency in network automation frameworks like Python, Ansible, or Terraform
