Network Animator - Spare Parts

Responsibilities

• Advise and train teams and dealers on spare parts sales
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions both in-person and online
• Analyze customer needs and develop personalized solutions
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Analyze market and competition to identify new commercial opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support sales growth

Requirements

• Professional experience in the automotive sector, ideally in spare parts, after-sales service, technical assistance, or garage network animation
• Experience in B2B sales or business development
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service
• Autonomy and rigor in work execution
• Availability for travel and flexibility
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital media
• Valid driver's license
