Network and Security Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for internal stakeholders regarding connectivity and security concerns
• Address and resolve incoming tickets pertaining to network performance and security systems
• Deliver technical guidance to staff for troubleshooting network-related obstacles
• Manage user accounts on network and security platforms including 2FA, remote access, wireless, and VoIP
• Monitor network and security platforms to uphold high-availability services
• Maintain a consistent onsite presence at the London, Ontario studio

Requirements

• 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated knowledge of core network and security protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
• Familiarity with critical security systems including Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and monitoring platforms
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of a program in network or systems administration
