Network and Computer Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems
• Support containerized environments using Podman or Docker
• Perform system sustainment, patching, and vulnerability remediation
• Support cybersecurity and compliance requirements
• Administer Microsoft Server (2016 or later) and Windows 10/11 client systems
• Perform client administration, including imaging and provisioning
• Utilize Bash scripting and PowerShell for basic automation
• Support Network Attached Storage (NAS) systems
• Troubleshoot high-volume data transmission issues

Requirements

• 3–6 years of system and server administration experience
• Hands-on experience with RHEL and Windows server/client environments
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, patching, and compliance
• Basic scripting/automation experience with Bash and PowerShell
• Familiarity with enterprise storage and networking concepts
• Active Secret clearance required (ability to obtain Top Secret)
• US Citizenship required
• Associate’s Degree plus 4 years of experience OR BA/BS degree with 3-10 years of experience
