About the Company
PWC Technology for Computers (PWCT) is a company wholly owned by Agility. PWCT provides e-Government solutions designed to facilitate trade, and improve customs and tax revenues through multi-agency collaboration platforms.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement technical design, fine-tuning, and recovery procedures for enterprise network systems
- Serve as a technical expert in network administration for complex networks
- Investigate and analyze feasibility of network requirements and develop hardware specifications
- Install, configure, and upgrade network devices including switches, routers, and wireless devices in LAN/WAN environments
- Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair network, hardware, software, and infrastructure issues
- Adopt and maintain PWCT IT security standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role and environment
- Proficiency with L2/L3 Switches, routers, and wireless devices
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP)
- Knowledge of VOIP and Tunneling Protocols (IPSEC/GRE)
- Kuwait driving license
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
- CCNA or CCNP certification
- Experience with security solutions and IDS/IPS
- Proficiency in Arabic
