Network Administrator II

Responsibilities

• Support network administration tasks including monitoring and basic configuration
• Assist with troubleshooting connectivity and network performance issues
• Maintain network documentation and configuration records
• Support implementation of network changes and updates
• Assist in maintaining compliance with network security policies

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in network administration
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Networking, or related field
• Experience with enterprise network technologies (routing, switching, firewalls)
• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Security+
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret, Top Secret, or SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD or Navy network environments
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools
• Experience with secure network architectures and boundary protection systems
• Active Secret, Top Secret, or SCI clearance
