About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage customer needs and maximize portfolio access within key accounts to drive growth for Pfizer's rare disease brand.
  • Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with current and emerging customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify strategic, key, and core accounts through segmentation and prioritization.
  • Manage product enlisting activities for innovative assets within target accounts.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate deliveries, and ensure product availability through timely purchase orders.
  • Collect and analyze market data, including consumption, stock levels, and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including supply, tender, and marketing, to secure portfolio growth.
  • Develop and track annual strategic objectives and business/sales targets for allocated accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record in key account management.
  • Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the healthcare environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence a broad range of stakeholders.
  • High level of business acumen and the ability to identify and capture sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and strong presentation skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cardiology or other Pfizer therapeutic areas.
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Master’s degree or MBA.
