NetSuite Solution Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead and support NetSuite implementations, configurations, and optimizations to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Analyze and map core financial processes including General Ledger, AP/AR, Revenue Recognition, Fixed Assets, and Procurement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into technical NetSuite solutions.
• Configure and customize NetSuite using workflows, scripts, saved searches, and reports to enhance system functionality.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the ERP environment.
• Provide user training, support, and documentation to ensure effective system adoption.
• Assist in data migration, system testing, and troubleshooting during implementation and post-go-live support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation and consulting, specifically focusing on financial modules.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and core business processes.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite configurations, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and saved searches.
• Proven experience in business process mapping and optimization within NetSuite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead discussions with stakeholders and end-users.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or a formal finance background.
• Experience with SuiteScript, integrations, or other major ERP systems.
