NetSuite SCM Warehouse and Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own inventory data accuracy across all locations including warehouses, regional inventory, and installer vehicles
• Manage purchasing and receiving processes including POs, item receipts, and intercompany transfers
• Oversee order management, fulfillment, kits/BOMs, and returns/warranty replacements
• Govern the item master including SKU creation, units of measure, and lead times
• Build operational reporting using saved searches, dashboards, and SuiteAnalytics
• Partner with NetSuite Developers on customizations and integrations
• Collaborate with Finance on month-end inventory reconciliation and COGS accuracy

Requirements

• 6–8+ years administering NetSuite SCM modules in production
• Strong knowledge of kits, assemblies, BOMs, and item costing methods
• Proficiency in building saved searches, workbooks, and KPIs
• Hands-on experience with physical-goods operations and warehouse reconciliation
• Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse leads, controllers, and engineers
• Familiarity with SuiteQL and REST APIs
• Experience with AI tools and agentic workflow automations
• Experience with RFsmart WMS or similar WMS integrations
• Experience with Arena PLM
• Knowledge of EDI/ASN or barcoded receiving
• Background in HVAC, construction, solar, or installation services preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite Manufacturing/Assembly module experience
• Demand Planning or Advanced Inventory Management expertise
• Multi-currency and cross-border (Canada/US) operational experience
