NetSuite Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the technical setup and configuration of ERPs including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, MS Dynamics, Business Central, and Acumatica
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders regarding configuration, workflows, and payment design
• Partner with customer finance and operations teams to translate requirements into implementation plans
• Customize and deploy solutions across UAT and Production environments
• Lead customer-facing trainings and walkthroughs to ensure adoption
• Track project delivery using automation and project tooling to manage timelines and milestones
• Coordinate with Solutions, Support, RevOps, and Engineering to resolve technical issues
• Use AI tools and automated workflows to maintain accurate customer records in HubSpot and Monday

Requirements

• 2-4 years in ERP-focused implementation, onboarding, or technical customer success
• Strong working knowledge of at least one major ERP (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Business Central, or Acumatica)
• Ability to install bundles, configure roles/permissions, and map financial fields
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Demonstrated comfort using AI tools and automation platforms to improve execution speed
• Strong project management mindset and ability to handle multiple concurrent implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with payment processing systems
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms
• Experience with project management software
