Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Finance and Supply Chain processes
• Configure and implement NetSuite modules, including Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) and Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management)
• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, enhancements, and support activities
• Work closely with stakeholders to design scalable and efficient business solutions
• Perform gap analysis and provide functional solutions aligned with business needs
• Support data migration, UAT, and post-implementation activities
• Create functional documentation, SOPs, and user training materials
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and workflows
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for NetSuite-related issues

Requirements

• 7+ years of overall experience with significant hands-on experience in NetSuite Functional roles
• Strong expertise in NetSuite Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Revenue Management)
• Good experience in Supply Chain processes (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management)
• Experience in at least 1–2 full-cycle NetSuite implementations
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite certification
• Experience in workflow customization and saved searches
• Exposure to integration tools and third-party systems
