NetSuite Functional Architect

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to optimize NetSuite financial, fixed asset, and supply chain modules
• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of new features, custom reports, and saved searches
• Partner with Finance and Supply Chain units to gather requirements and provide training
• Develop financial and operational reporting capabilities using NetSuite Analytics
• Drive continuous improvement of NetSuite processes to ensure scalability
• Serve as subject matter expert for troubleshooting and managing semi-annual Oracle release regression testing
• Manage NetSuite enhancement projects and integrations from scoping through deployment
• Manage NetSuite changes within a new Change Management framework

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience with financial and supply chain modules
• Proven experience in business process analysis and solution design
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and fixed asset principles
• Proficiency in SuiteQL and NetSuite data visibility management
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant certification
• Experience in data center, construction, or real estate industries
• Experience with NetSuite integrations and third-party SuiteApps
• Project management experience or PMP certification
