NetSuite Finance Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own chart of accounts, segments, and subsidiaries including governance and intercompany configuration
• Drive GL close acceleration through period close checklists, recurring journals, and FX revaluation
• Manage AR systems across Stripe, financing companies, and government rebates
• Oversee AP systems including Tipalti clearing, vendor workflows, and employee reimbursements
• Handle multi-currency and intercompany flows, including US/Canada consolidation
• Partner with accounting on revenue recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15)
• Own financial reporting via saved searches, SuiteAnalytics workbooks, and dashboards
• Maintain audit readiness through control documentation and access reviews
• Act as the finance owner for the agentic automation suite using Python agents

Requirements

• 7–8+ years administering or configuring NetSuite Financials (GL, AR, AP, OneWorld)
• Extensive experience with multi-currency and intercompany close processes
• Strong background in financial close, accruals, and consolidations
• Proficiency in saved searches, financial reports, and SuiteAnalytics
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent accounting designation
• Experience with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ASC 606)
• Experience with Tipalti or Stripe integrations
• Knowledge of Canada/US tax (GST/HST and US sales tax)
• NetSuite ERP Consultant or Financial User certification preferred
