.NET/C# Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack application and systems solutions using the .NET stack to address business challenges.
• Transform business requirements into high-performance delivery solutions, covering everything from Web UI to application services.
• Perform systems administration tasks including monitoring, configuration, backups, and performance tuning.
• Ensure code quality through defect-free programming, peer code reviews, and comprehensive unit and integration testing.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including project estimation, risk analysis, and post-production support.
• Identify and resolve technical issues while proactively proposing improvements to development, testing, and tools.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members within an Agile development environment.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
• 5+ years of solid, hands-on C# programming experience.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSRS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline fundamentals and Git.
• Knowledge of Web UI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Interest Rate Derivative technology or knowledge of capital markets.
• Exposure to middleware such as MQ or Caching technologies.
• Knowledge of Azure or Google Cloud platforms.
• UI/UX design skills.
• Previous experience working within financial services or banking technology teams.
