.NET/C# Developer

Responsibilities

• Provide application development for a Microsoft-oriented enterprise environment using MS.NET, C#, MVC 4+, and IIS
• Collaborate with peers to review code and ensure best practices and coding standards are followed
• Use Azure DevOps for version control and code changes
• Estimate level of effort for design, development, deployment, and testing
• Participate in iterative development through sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews, and retrospectives
• Develop documentation including test plans, end-user documentation, wireframes, and flowcharts
• Build fully deployable packages for development, staging, integration, and production environments
• Adhere to Agile, SCRUM, and Lean software development methodologies

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in .NET Development (MS.NET, C#, MVC 4+, and IIS)
• 5 years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• 5 years of experience in software development testing (Unit, System, Functional, or UAT)
• 5 years of experience in SQL database development and stored procedures
• 5 years of experience mentoring junior personnel
• 5 years of experience documenting software defects using bug tracking systems
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
• DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II / Intermediate certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile, SCRUM, and Lean methodologies
• Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio 2019+ and Azure DevOps
