NETA Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform NETA electrical maintenance and acceptance testing tasks
• Test both digital and mechanical relays
• Troubleshoot emergency and non-emergency electrical issues
• Assist with project management, work order creation, and field file management
• Support project closures by addressing punch lists and additional scopes
• Provide 24-hour emergency client support
• Assist in completing detailed testing reports

Requirements

• NETA II or higher certification or experience with electrical testing, P&C, or relays
• Member of the IBEW or willing to join
• NECA/IBEW Apprenticeship background
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
