NETA Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform NETA electrical maintenance and acceptance testing tasks
• Test both digital and mechanical relays
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, both emergency and non-emergency
• Assist with project management, including work order creation and field file management
• Support project closures by addressing punch lists and additional scopes
• Provide 24-hour emergency client support
• Assist in completing detailed testing reports

Requirements

• NETA II or higher certification
• Proficiency with SEL relays
• Membership in IBEW or willingness to join
• NECA/IBEW Apprenticeship background
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
