About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 2–5 software engineers
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery ensuring quality and performance
- Set and uphold engineering best practices using .NET Core, microservices, and DDD
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and DevOps in an Agile environment
- Conduct performance reviews and support individual development plans
- Drive improvements in engineering processes, tooling, and delivery workflows
- Balance hands-on technical contribution with leadership responsibilities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Engineering Team Lead
- Deep expertise in .NET Core and microservices architecture
- Solid experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and hexagonal architecture
- Strong MySQL skills including database design and optimization
- Expertise in building secure, scalable RESTful APIs
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in Git and GitHub/GitLab
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
