.Net Lead

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and test complex features to deliver high-quality software
• Lead and mentor a development team, including performing code reviews and suggesting improvements
• Refactor existing code to enhance quality and maintainability
• Collaborate with Architects to propose and implement architectural design changes
• Partner with Business Analysts to estimate workload and select optimal technical solutions
• Interact constructively with other IT teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

• 9-12 years of experience in end-to-end web application development using the Microsoft stack
• Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, MVC, WCF Rest, and WebAPI
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and OOP/OOD
• Experience with SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and n-tier architecture
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including TDD and BDD
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, and CSS3
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL Databases and unit testing frameworks (nUnit/MsUnit)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's in Computer Science

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ESB or Message Queuing (MSMQ)
• Familiarity with WPF and UI testing frameworks
• Knowledge of PowerShell
