About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead development and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, WebForms, and Angular
- Drive application modernization and migration from legacy systems to .NET Core
- Design and develop scalable APIs and backend services
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
- Work closely with business, QA, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery
- Mentor junior developers and ensure coding best practices
- Support deployments, release management, and production issues
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC
- Experience with WebForms and migration to modern frameworks
- Proficiency in C#, Entity Framework, and LINQ
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server including queries, procedures, and performance tuning
- Experience in REST API development and system integration
- Working knowledge of Angular (v8+)
- Familiarity with Git, TFS, or Azure Repos
- BFSI domain experience
- BE / B.Tech / MCA / MSc in Computer Science or IT
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure DevOps or CI-CD pipelines
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization
- Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
- Understanding of application security and performance optimization
