.Net Full Stack Lead

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture for full-stack enterprise applications to ensure scalability, security, and performance
• Lead backend development using .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server
• Architect and develop secure, versioned RESTful APIs
• Guide the design and development of front-end applications using ReactJS and TypeScript
• Mentor backend, frontend, and DevOps engineers through design and code reviews
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to align technical solutions with business goals
• Create and maintain High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation

Requirements

• 7–12 years of software development experience with proven technical leadership experience
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Web API, OOP, and SOLID Principles
• Proficiency with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS and TypeScript
• Proven experience designing cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, etc.)
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and tools such as OpenAI APIs, GitHub Copilot, or LLM-based development
• Experience with cloud cost optimization and monitoring
