About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient web applications using .NET Core
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services
- Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
- Collaborate with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development
- Strong experience in .NET Core, C#, and Web API development
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL including complex queries and performance tuning
- Good understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software development best practices
- Experience with Git or other version control systems
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Docker or containerization tools
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
