.Net Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end enterprise solutions using C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, and RESTful APIs.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical architectures.
• Define application architecture, integration patterns, coding standards, and best practices for development teams.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring developers.
• Design cloud-native solutions and data architectures using Azure or AWS and relational databases like SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and manage CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Promote AI-native engineering practices and the use of modern developer productivity tools.

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on .NET-based application development and solution architecture.
• Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core Web API, and Microservices architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure (App Service, Functions, Service Bus, etc.) or AWS.
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and enterprise architecture patterns.
• Proven experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL, or PostgreSQL) and designing complex schemas.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Git-based version control, and Terraform.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, AKS, or ECS/EKS.
• Exposure to AI-native development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Agentic AI coding assistants.
• Knowledge of Headless CMS platforms like Umbraco.
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, or Generative AI implementation.
