Nephrologist

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, diagnoses, and develop evolution plans for patients with acute or chronic kidney disease.
• Formulate individualized care plans and record all clinical data in the organization's designated information systems.
• Apply current medical procedures, protocols, and management guides within the national network.
• Implement patient care strategies to improve clinical conditions and facilitate adaptation to renal pathology.
• Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and protection of health service data and clinical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient management.
• Comply with all organizational policies, health regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Medicine and Surgery.
• Postgraduate degree in Nephrology.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in healthcare roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Thorough knowledge of the Colombian healthcare system.
