Nephrologist

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment, diagnosis, and development of evolution and care plans for patients with acute or chronic kidney disease.
• Implement individualized therapeutic interventions based on the patient's health phase and record all data in the organization's information systems.
• Apply current medical procedures, protocols, and management guides within the national network.
• Offer comprehensive care strategies to improve patients' clinical conditions and their adaptation to renal pathology.
• Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and protection of health service data using technological tools such as electronic medical records, SharePoint, and Isotrain.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care for patients.
• Comply with all organizational policies, health regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Degree in Medicine and Surgery.
• Postgraduate degree in Nephrology.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in healthcare roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Thorough knowledge of the Colombian healthcare system.
