Neonatologist

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage medical conditions in newborn infants
• Perform advanced neonatal procedures and life-support interventions
• Create and implement individualized care plans tailored to each neonate’s needs
• Provide compassionate communication and education to families regarding infant care
• Engage in clinical research and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution
• Completion of Pediatrics residency and Neonatology fellowship training
• Board certification in Neonatology
• Active medical license to practice
• 3 years of NICU experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal critical care management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
