Neonatologist

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage medical conditions in newborns with complex health issues
• Perform life-saving procedures and interventions in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
• Educate and support families throughout the treatment process
• Participate in clinical research and quality improvement projects

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of Pediatrics residency and Neonatology fellowship
• Board certification in Neonatology
• Active medical license to practice
• Strong clinical skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a NICU setting
