Neonatologist

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in clinical settings, including neonatal intensive care units (NICU)
• Assess, diagnose, and manage medical conditions affecting newborn infants
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to the needs of each neonate
• Support and educate families regarding their infant’s health condition and treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in neonatology

Requirements

• Medical degree with valid licensure as a Specialist - Neonatologist
• Proven clinical experience in neonatology, preferably within NICU environments
• Strong understanding of neonatal physiology, pathology, and treatment protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and patient family interactions
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or fellowship training in neonatology
