Negotiator, Digital Investment

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution of digital strategic plan development and implementation for CPG client accounts
• Manage campaign lifecycle including vendor liaison, setup, trafficking, and maintenance for digital and video
• Oversee vendor billing processes, including insertion orders, monthly reports, and discrepancy resolution
• Support Associate Negotiators with billing, reporting, and daily operational tasks
• Craft relevant POVs to assess media opportunities and provide strategic value
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to analyze media vehicle applicability
• Assist Supervisors in negotiating buys, makegoods, and value-add positioning
• Maintain technical knowledge of ad serving platforms such as CM360/DCM, IAS, and Innovid

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising, or Data Science
• 1+ years of media buying or planning experience
• Proven experience planning digital and video campaigns
• Proficiency in Prisma is required
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables) and PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical, research, and quantitative abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and client-facing meetings

• Previous agency experience
• Proficiency in MBOX
