About the role
Responsibilities
- Contact tenants to perform collection actions
- Act as an interface between debtor tenants and real estate agencies
- Calculate overdue amounts, prepare spreadsheets, and formalize debt collection via email
- Support colleagues with guidance, reviews, and best practices
- Act with a consultative vision, analyzing causes and proposing structural solutions
- Support technical and behavioral development of the team
- Negotiate ongoing agreements
- Monitor payment compensation via credit card or bank slips
- Monitor indicators and propose adjustments to optimize results
Requirements
- High school diploma or currently pursuing higher education
- Consolidated experience in collections and negotiation
- Analytical profile and strategic vision of processes
- Proven track record in debt recovery
- Experience in the real estate sector is a differentiator
