NDE Engineer

Responsibilities

• Obtain PAUT / ToFD L-III approval from clients by demonstrating advanced technical knowledge and experience.
• Prepare and maintain relevant NDE procedures, including MUT, PAUT, and ToFD.
• Lead Advanced UT crews and manage job progress to meet project commitments.
• Mentor Level II technicians through on-the-job training to develop a strong field workforce.
• Perform examination setups, conduct initial examinations, review raw data, and verify advanced UT reports.
• Manage inventory for Advanced UT equipment, accessories, and calibration blocks.
• Liaise regularly with clients to ensure smooth project execution and introduce new technologies as required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience in NDE.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Level III after PAUT L-III qualification.
• 5+ years of hands-on PAUT experience with various materials including CS, SS, LTCS, P11, Inconel, and nickel-alloys.
• PAUT / ToFD Level III certification.
• Commendable knowledge of international codes such as ASME, DNV, and ISO.
