NDE Engineer

Responsibilities

• Obtain PAUT / ToFD L-III approval from clients by demonstrating advanced technical knowledge and experience
• Prepare, maintain, and qualify relevant procedures including MUT, PAUT, and ToFD in accordance with project requirements
• Arrange calibration and demonstration blocks with local manufacturers as needed
• Lead advanced UT crews and monitor job progress to ensure project commitments are met
• Mentor Level II technicians through on-the-job training to develop a strong field workforce
• Perform examination setups, review raw data, and verify advanced UT reports
• Maintain inventory of advanced UT equipment, accessories, and calibration blocks
• Liaise regularly with clients to ensure smooth project execution and introduce new technologies where appropriate

Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience in NDE
• 3+ years of experience working as a Level III after PAUT L-III qualification
• 5+ years of hands-on PAUT experience
• PAUT / ToFD Level III certification
• Extensive experience working with materials including CS, SS, LTCS, P11, Inconel, and nickel-alloys
• Commendable knowledge of international codes such as ASME, DNV, and ISO
