About the role
Responsibilities
- Supporting referral intake and ongoing follow up
- Participating in the delivery of standardized programs
- Providing outreach regarding services and benefits available
- Maintaining accurate and objective client records
- Assisting in raising public awareness about dementia
- Reviewing and modifying client accounts for accuracy and consistency
- Manually updating the Society’s database
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Social Work, Health Services, Human Services, or a related field preferred
- Experience in a customer or client service environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office 365
- Experience with database management or data entry is an asset
- Ability to pass a recent and clear vulnerable sector check
- Must be between 15 and 30 years of age
- Must be a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or protected person
