Responsibilities
- Support referral intake and ongoing follow up
- Participate in the delivery of standardized programs
- Provide outreach regarding services and benefits available
- Maintain accurate and objective client records
- Assist in raising public awareness about dementia
- Review and modify client accounts for accuracy and consistency
- Manually update the Society's database
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Social Work, Health Services, or Human Services preferred
- Experience in customer or client service environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office 365
- Experience with database management or data entry is an asset
- Ability to pass a recent and clear vulnerable sector check
- Must be between 15 and 30 years of age
- Must be a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or protected person
