Navigation and Timing (APNT) Administrator

Responsibilities

• Develop system and reference architectures for expeditionary APNT within mounted, dismounted, and C2 environments
• Create user requirements, technical specifications, and testing practices for APNT capabilities
• Perform market analysis and technical assessments of emerging APNT technologies, including anti-jam antennas and distribution hubs
• Conduct vulnerability assessments to identify system risks related to jamming and spoofing
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies and offensive operations tactics to protect or deny PNT data access
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for system integration on military platforms and mentor staff
• Review vendor deliverables (CDRLs) to ensure technical and contract compliance
• Support modeling and simulation activities and deployment of the Test Asset Fly-Away Kit (TAFAK)

Requirements

• 12+ years of general full-time work experience
• 6+ years of directly related experience in PNT systems engineering or administration
• 1+ years of experience in a management or leadership role
• Proven experience supporting large enterprise operational environments
• General networking experience
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Current DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of military tactics and technical methods used to protect PNT data in contested environments
• Experience with TOGAF and ITIL best practices for project lifecycle modeling
