Navigation and Surveillance Systems Commodity Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and monitor sub-commodity strategies for navigation and surveillance systems
• Manage supplier relationships and lead supplier development programs
• Lead Multi-Functional Teams (MFT) including members from Engineering, Finance, PMO, and Quality
• Drive bids, tenders, and supplier selection processes to conclusion
• Negotiate and manage complex contractual agreements with global suppliers
• Lead procurement and value creation projects to deliver synergies and cost savings
• Perform supplier evaluation, financial analysis, and risk assessment/mitigation

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or an equivalent field
• At least 5 years of experience in Procurement, Engineering, Services, or Project Management
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills
• Proven experience working in a matrix environment with strong stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to anticipate, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks
• Strong relationship building, team leadership, and conflict management skills
• Fluency in English (negotiation level)
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred
