About the role
Responsibilities
- Help the child calm down during bedtime routines
- Be present if the child wakes up during the night
- Assist with bathroom visits, lip balm application, and offering drinks
- Provide presence and security until the child falls asleep
- Ensure a calm and safe environment throughout the night
- Perform other incidental tasks as needed
Requirements
- Calm, patient, and caring personality
- Attentive and present demeanor
- High level of responsibility and reliability
- Good Norwegian language skills
- Clean police certificate
- Experience with children or healthcare is an advantage
