Native Hana Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on technical work within SAP BW/HANA and Native HANA programs
• Drive projects across cross-vendor teams from technology governance and architecture perspectives
• Review solution designs, technical standards, and implementation quality
• Troubleshoot and optimize HANA performance and data processing
• Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Requirements

• 8–12 years of professional experience in SAP environments
• Hands-on expertise in SAP BW/HANA and Native HANA
• Strong proficiency in SQLScript, data modeling, and performance tuning
• Experience with SAP Datasphere migration to Azure (approximately 30% cloud exposure)
• Ability to balance hands-on technical execution with high-level governance and architecture discussions

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the SAP SD module
• Basic understanding of relevant business domains
