Native English Instructor

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, face-to-face English language training to adult learners at a corporate client site.
• Conduct lessons for various proficiency levels, from Beginner to Advanced (CEFR-aligned).
• Maintain an energetic, engaging, and professional classroom environment.
• Manage class groups of five or more students.
• Commit to a long-term project lasting between 6 months and 3 years.

Requirements

• Native English speaker.
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate/travel to Abu Dhabi daily.
• Holds a recognized teaching qualification (CELTA, TESOL, DELTA, PGCE, or equivalent degree).
• Demonstrated experience teaching English to advanced levels.
• Available for daytime hours, Monday to Friday, starting from 7:30 a.m.
• Willingness to undergo visa and sponsorship through Eton Institute.

• Proven experience teaching adult learners in a corporate or professional setting.
• Experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Exceptional clarity in communication and a diplomatic approach to instruction.
