National Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the SA warehouse and oversee the performance of interstate 3PL operations
• Develop, plan, and coordinate warehouse operations and manage Warehouse Management System (WMS) software
• Ensure 3PL providers operate at peak efficiency by establishing mutual processes and resolving variances
• Supervise, organize, and train warehouse employees to meet operational goals and ensure compliance with safety and SOPs
• Oversee team performance, engagement, and morale through effective communication and continuous improvement
• Manage outbound freight to ensure company targets and customer requirements are met
• Identify and test system improvements across various software platforms and the Quality Management System (QMS)

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management and people management
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA and SAP WMS
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience using CRM systems
• Demonstrated knowledge in IT and WMS platforms
• Valid forklift license
