About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor vehicle status in real-time at dealerships and manage off-road vehicles through digital dashboards
- Track and analyze service delivery KPIs to minimize vehicle downtime
- Manage customer and dealer escalations with empathy and efficiency
- Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors when KPIs are at risk
- Coordinate with OEMs, service providers, and internal teams to expedite repairs
- Conduct detailed delay analysis to identify root causes and recommend improvements
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports on vehicle metrics
- Maintain organized records of all vehicle service activities
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in vehicle service management, VOR support, or similar operational roles
- Strong understanding of service delivery KPIs and vehicle uptime optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing escalations
- Ability to coordinate with OEMs, dealers, and service providers
- Proficiency in digital dashboards, data reporting tools, and automotive management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Automotive industry knowledge is highly preferred
