National Specification Manager – Institutional Business

Responsibilities

• Drive specification-based business growth across institutional segments by influencing project stakeholders at the design stage.
• Identify and track large institutional and infrastructure projects at early design stages to secure product specifications.
• Engage with consultants, architects, PMCs, and developers to ensure company products are embedded in project BOQs.
• Develop and execute a national strategy for the institutional segment, including hospitals, metros, airports, and government bodies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure the conversion of specified projects into firm business.
• Conduct technical presentations and seminars to promote new technologies, systems, and solutions.

Requirements

• BE in Civil Engineering.
• 15 to 20 years of experience in Specifications.
• A strong professional network with consultants, architects, and institutional clients.
