National Specification Manager – Industrial Segment

Responsibilities

• Drive early-stage specifications in industrial projects including factories, warehouses, process plants, pharma, and automotive sectors
• Engage with consultants, architects, PMCs, EPC contractors, and industrial clients to ensure Sika solutions are included in BOQs and tenders
• Define and execute segment-specific specification strategies for manufacturing, logistics, chemicals, and food & pharma industries
• Partner with Sales teams to convert specifications into orders and support technical submissions and tender negotiations
• Establish and maintain strong networks with industrial consultants, design firms, and corporate engineering teams
• Conduct technical presentations, seminars, and client workshops to position Sika as a preferred technical standard
• Maintain a robust project and stakeholder database using CRM tools to track specification generation and conversion rates

Requirements

• B Tech degree
• 10+ years of experience in Specification Sales
• Proven expertise within the Industrial segment
