National Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate qualified leads and move-ins through referral development, strategic outreach, and targeted marketing
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, and other professional referral sources
• Collaborate with Regional Directors of Sales and Administrators to execute strategic sales plans
• Represent Silverado at networking events, trade shows, and community functions
• Train Community and Family Ambassadors to enhance outreach and conversion
• Travel extensively to support Silverado communities

Requirements

• 3+ years of successful sales experience with demonstrated achievement of growth or occupancy goals
• Experience in senior living, memory care, healthcare, hospice, home health, or pharmaceutical sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to travel regularly and overnight as business needs require
• Passion for serving individuals with Alzheimer’s and other memory-related conditions
