About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive new business for Vertiv’s Chiller solutions across the ANZ region by identifying and winning opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Execute strategies to achieve annual Chiller revenue and margin targets.
- Act as the Chiller subject matter expert, providing technical guidance to sales teams during pre-sales stages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, consultants, and contractors to ensure early specification of Vertiv solutions.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to design tailored Chiller solutions based on customer requirements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor landscapes to ensure effective market positioning.
- Manage the sales funnel and provide accurate forecasting to align with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience selling complex technical solutions.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and design tailored solutions.
- Knowledge of Data Centre applications in power or thermal system design and architecture.
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and develop complex opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
