About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a national sales team of Product Specialists to achieve commercial targets.
- Develop and optimize sales strategies to drive market share and revenue growth within the Multiple Sclerosis therapeutic area.
- Monitor team performance through regular feedback, coaching, and support.
- Oversee key customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to align on strategy and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life science, business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management.
- Proven experience in neurology or Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong strategic planning, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree.
