National Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement recruitment strategies to generate leads for residential and online programs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for traditional undergraduate recruiting and admissions events
• Attend educational fairs, high school visits, homeschool co-ops, and national conferences
• Organize and lead information sessions and public presentations
• Provide expert advice to Enrollment Management leadership regarding student enrollment and retention
• Maintain deep knowledge of university programs, financial aid, and scholarship policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to travel extensively, including regular overnight and same-day business travel
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and oral presentation skills
• Proven ability to meet goals in a production-driven environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision
• Christian commitment consistent with the University mission
